- Sobans are small wooden tables traditionally used in Korea to serve meals. For generations, Koreans lived a floor-seated lifestyle, making the soban an essential household item. Each person had their own table, so it wasn’t uncommon for a home to have more than ten sobans.

- In the past, Korean artisans crafted sobans with rounded edges to ensure comfort during daily use. Inspired by this thoughtful design, we created the wooden coaster in the style of the hwahyeongban, a traditional soban with a flower-shaped top.

- The coaster is crafted from solid walnut wood, one of the highest-grade hardwoods, and finished with food-safe natural oil commonly used for cutting boards. This thoughtful finish makes it versatile—not only as a coaster, but also as a tray for tea bags, small treats, or desserts.

Requirements
- Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

- The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- The ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
- You receive a product different from your order; or
- You receive a defective product.
**The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
