A 60-count cotton lawn handkerchief printed with *Donggwoldo*, the National Treasure painting that records Changdeokgung and Changgyeonggung entire. In white or red.
54cm square: folded it's a handkerchief, at the neck a scarf, opened and knotted a gift wrap. The weave is fine enough to hold every wall line without blurring.
For someone who has just walked the palaces, or a visitor finishing a trip to Korea — this is that same ground, two centuries earlier. Several fold flat into a suitcase.

- The source is Donggwoldo, the National Treasure painting that records Changdeokgung and Changgyeonggung entire. It was not made to be admired. It was made to keep what would otherwise disappear — recording the palaces exactly as they stood was the job the court painters were given.
- That intent shows in how it's drawn. The whole scene lies on slanting parallels so every building is the same size — no great hall dwarfs a small annexe, nothing recedes into the background. Nothing was to be left out.
- And the record actually brought things back. The palaces burned and were rebuilt again and again, and this painting is the evidence for what stood where. A brush from two centuries ago still raises buildings that were lost.
- What is kept, remains — this painting proved it. For turning a place you visited into something you can hold rather than only remember, few images fit better.

- Roof tiling, wall courses, the number of steps on a stair — all still there as line. Colour fields from a distance, structure up close.
- Both colors retained the red of the roofs and pillars as an accent. This is because, in Joseon palaces, red pillars and dancheong indicated the status of the building.
- All four edges are narrow-hemmed, so a knot doesn't swell at the corner.
- The white paper case has a long vertical window cut out, giving it a luxurious feel as if it were wrapped in a band.

Grey-blue line on white, with orange and green kept to the roofs. Close to restored palace colour — crisp, easy to read building by building. It works with light clothes and bags, and won't hide the colour of a box you wrap.
