담양의 3년생 왕죽을 이용하여 장인들이 복(福) 문양 무늬를 엮어 옻칠로 마감한 대나무 옻칠 트레이입니다.
This is a bamboo lacquered tray made by craftsmen using Damyang's three-year-old bamboo to create a fortune pattern and finishing it with lacquer.

- Chaesang craft is an art form that weaves thin strips of bamboo bark, dyed in various colors, into geometric patterns. Traditionally, it has been used to make boxes and baskets, and in the royal palaces, it was a prized specialty item presented to the king as storage boxes for official robes.
- 채상공예는 얇게 저민 대나무 껍질을 색색으로 물들여 기하학적 무늬로 엮어 만드는 공예입니다. 주로 상자, 바구니 등을 만드는데 궁궐에서는 관복을 보관하는 상자로 임금님에게 진상되는 특산품으로도 사용되었습니다.
- Chaesang craft is a traditional technique passed down since the Joseon Dynasty. Skilled master artisans who practice this craft are called chaesangjang. This craft is recognized as a National Important Intangible Cultural Property, and is protected as a valuable cultural heritage of Korea.
- 채상공예는 조선 시대부터 이어져 온 전통 공예 기술로 이러한 기술을 가진 사람을 채상장이라고 부르며, 국가무형문화재로 지정되어 보호받고 있는 중요한 문화유산의 하나 입니다.

Returns/Exchanges
Requirements
- Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.
1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
- You posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Preparing Shipment” status, please contact wayujae.info@gmail.com) or
- The order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- The ordered item is out of stock.
2) We accept return(s) if:
- You receive a product different from your order; or
- You receive a defective product.
**The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return. (2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone. (3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID. |
** Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
** Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
** Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.
** Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’s cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and mail it with the item to return. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
3) We do not accept return(s) if:
- You are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
- You are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- The products are damaged due to your mishandling

4) If there is a missing item from your order:
